About this role
This role supports the strategy and operations of contingent workforce hiring across APAC, including temporary staff, independent contractors, and vendor workers. You’ll partner with hiring managers and external suppliers to ensure smooth, compliant hiring processes while delivering a strong experience for all stakeholders. Key Responsibilities • Partner with hiring managers, suppliers, and contingent workers across multiple APAC markets • Manage multiple contingent hiring requests with strong responsiveness and quality support • Advise stakeholders on sourcing strategies and appropriate workforce classification • Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and HR to ensure compliant hiring practices • Draft job descriptions, review candidates, and coordinate the selection process • Run training and orientation sessions for contingent workers • Support contractor agreements, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding • Manage supplier relationships and monitor performance • Analyze workforce data and provide insights to support hiring decisions Requirements • At least 6 years’ experience in contingent hiring, staffing, recruiting, and HR • Familiarity with contractor management programs (client-side or via MSP) • Knowledge of APAC labor laws related to contingent workforce • Experience with VMS tools (e.g. Beeline) • Strong data analysis and stakeholder management skills • Good prioritization, problem-solving, and communication abilities • Proficiency in Google Workspace tools
