We are hiring for the position of SAP SuccessFactors Solution Architect in Singapore. This role requires a senior SF architect to define and drive a future-ready HR technology landscape across a complex, multi-instance global enterprise. Key qualifications include: - 10+ years in HR technology with deep expertise in SAP SuccessFactors - Proven solution architecture experience in large-scale global HR transformations - Experience with multi-instance SF landscapes and multi-entity/JV - Knowledge of SAP CPI/BTP integration architecture - Familiarity with Joule, Talent Intelligence Hub, and GenAI in HR - Relevant SF certifications (EC, Architect, Integration) and SAP Activate The successful candidate will own the end-to-end HR architecture strategy, which includes consolidation, ServiceNow integration, data governance, and AI enablement.
