Contract Building Technician (Electrical) - Up to 4.5K / WEST #HHL

Location: Gul Circle Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8.00am – 5.00pm 1 Year Contract (Renewable) Salary: Up to $4500 Job Responsibilities: • Perform routine inspection, maintenance, and minor repair works for building facilities • Support maintenance of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and sanitary systems • Carry out preventive maintenance and troubleshooting works • Respond to facility issues and equipment breakdowns • Coordinate with contractors and vendors for servicing works • Support fire safety checks and workplace safety inspections • Maintain maintenance records and reports • Assist with office setup, furniture installation, and equipment relocation when required Requirements: • Min.
