Job Responsibilities: Course Approval Processing • Review and assess course applications for approval, evaluating relevance to adult education and fit against CPD Programme (continuing professional development) domain and dimension descriptors. • Support the end-to-end CPD Programme whitelisting cycle, including coordinating reviews, managing billing, and maintaining accurate records and status tracking. • Liaise with CPD Programme Providers on routine administrative matters relating to their applications, ensuring timely and accurate responses. • Maintain and update the CPD Programme listing on the registry, ensuring information is current and accurate at all times. Communications Support • Support the drafting, vetting, and coordination of internal and external communications materials, including FAQs, advisories, templates, and stakeholder-facing guidance. • Assist in fact-checking and proofreading communications and public-facing materials prior to publication, ensuring accuracy and alignment with approved positions. • Provide administrative support for communications planning and rollout, including tracking review and approval cycles. General Administration • Support internal quality assurance and audit readiness across workstreams, including maintaining documentation standards, ensuring records are complete and traceable, and contributing to audit preparation as required. • Undertake general administrative duties in support of team operations, including note-taking, scheduling, and contributing to cross-divisional projects as needed.
