About this role
Job Responsibilities: • Ensure communications discipline by developing and maintaining stakeholder-facing guidance (e.g. FAQs, templates, advisories, scripts) that is accurate, consistent and aligned to approved positions, especially during onboarding and scale-up periods. • Support onboarding readiness and complex/high-impact engagements by clarifying standards requirements, managing expectations, and coordinating consistent responses across touchpoints. • Partner with corporate communications and marketing teams to co-develop communication plans, ensuring messaging is accurate, aligned to approved positions, and consistent across public-facing channels • Drive cross-functional alignment across policy intent, operational execution and system implementation; identify misalignments early, track follow-through and secure closure through appropriate escalation pathways. • Strengthen change implementation discipline by maintaining change summaries, version control, and stakeholder updates aligned to effective dates (where applicable), so teams operate from a single source of truth. • Surface recurring stakeholder pain points and recommend improvements to guidance, processes and handover arrangements to reduce repeated escalations and rework. • Contribute to knowledge transfer and institutionalisation of guidance/playbooks to reduce single-point dependency risk. • Support internal quality assurance and audit readiness across workstreams, including maintaining documentation standards, ensuring records are complete and traceable, and contributing to audit preparation as required. • Undertake general administrative duties in support of team operations, including note-taking, scheduling, and contributing to cross-divisional projects as needed. Period: Immediate till 31 December 2026 Location: Eunos Working Hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday Salary: Up to $4000 Job Requirements: • Degree or postgraduate qualification with at least 5 years’ relevant experience in governance/standards support, policy implementation, stakeholder enablement, regulatory operations, audit/QA, or similar environments (public sector / education & training ecosystem preferred). • Strong stakeholder management skills; able to engage diverse parties with clarity and tact, including institutional stakeholders. • Excellent written communication skills, including experience producing stakeholder-ready guidance and structured updates. • Strong communication planning sensibility, with experience reviewing and sense-checking external-facing materials for accuracy, consistency, and alignment to approved positions. • Proven ability to drive cross-functional coordination and follow-through with strong documentation discipline. • Comfortable working with operations and system teams to operationalise governance and standards requirements Interested applicants, kindly email your detailed resume (MS Word format is preferred): tracy@successhrc.com.sg (Reg No: R1107390) Please ensure that applications sent through email are no bigger than 1Mb.
