Job Description · Quantity measurement, costing and estimation for both pre-contract and post-contract · Track changes to the Design/ Construction work and adjust budget projections accordingly · Procurement responsibilities including preparing tender document or calling for quotation for subcontract packages including evaluation through cost comparison as well as recommendation of awards · Certificate and evaluate progress work done; includes contract administration for any variation or change for both Subcontracts and Main Contracts · Prepare and follow up monthly progress claims in timely manner · Perform other QS-related duties as assigned by the Reporting Supervisor
