About this role
Location: Tuas (islandwide pickup) Salary: Up to $7,000 6 Months Contract (Extendable) Responsibilities: • Partner with business leaders on HR advisory and employee relations matters • Manage grievance handling, disciplinary cases, and workplace investigations • Support compensation & benefits, annual salary reviews, and employee engagement initiatives • Advise on Singapore Employment Act, labour regulations, and union-related matters • Utilise Workday HRIS for HR operations, reporting, and employee data management • Drive HR communications, policy implementation, and process improvement projects Requirements: • Min.
