About this role
Job Responsibilities: • Coordinate and manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for interns, trainees, and graduate programmes across the APAC region • Support onboarding, programme administration, engagement activities, and offboarding processes for emerging talent programmes • Partner with business stakeholders to ensure smooth execution and delivery of talent programmes • Manage relationships with recruitment vendors and programme providers, ensuring service quality and compliance with contractual requirements • Organise and participate in career fairs, campus engagement activities, and student outreach events • Support development of new partnerships and talent pipeline initiatives across the region • Coordinate onboarding programmes, induction sessions, learning initiatives, and mandatory training activities • Support governance, compliance, and adherence to local employment regulations and HR policies • Manage programme-related data and ensure accuracy of records and reporting • Identify opportunities to improve programme effectiveness and participant experience • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful programme delivery • Perform other duties and projects as assigned Requirements: • Degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Learning & Development, or related discipline • Experience in talent acquisition, campus recruitment, learning & development, HR operations, or programme coordination preferred • Good communication and interpersonal skills • Able to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously Interested candidates are invited to email your resume to: jen.ooi@recruitexpress.com.sg Jenalyn Ooi Huai Sian (R1765551) Recruit Express Pte Ltd | Company Reg.
