About this role
Responsibilities: • Responsible for progress claims and all related matters with contracts • Act as key liaison for operations/site matters and office administration matters • Coordinate with operations team, contractors and site engineers • Other administrative tasks as assigned Requirements: • 2 - 5 years of relevant work experience in office administration • GCE 'O'/'N' Level / Equivalent • Proficient in Microsoft Word/Excel • knowledge and experience in construction industry is an added advantage • Possess good coordination and organization skills • Great team player who is independent with pleasant disposition • Hardworking, self-driven and high sense responsibility, good time management skills • Biligual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking customers Additional Info: • We provide great benefits to our employees: Medical, Dental, Insurance etc. Interested applicants, please send in with your detailed CV includes: 1) Availability/Notice period required 2) Current & Expected Salary Regrettably only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
