About this role
• Work with the project team tocreate and finalize the contract, including details like terms, drawings,schedules, and estimates. • Attend regular meetings tostay updated on the project and keep everything running smoothly. • Make sure the projectfollows the insurance requirements in the contract and stays on trackthroughout. • Oversee the final steps tomake sure everything is completed properly when the project finishes. • Lead and support the teamhandling contracts, ensuring issues are addressed quickly and effectively. • Maintain organized,up-to-date documentation, ensuring all contracts are signed and properly filedfor future reference. Experience • 15+ years of experience in contract management, with at least 5 years ina leadership role. Key Skills • Ability to lead teamsand manage multiple tasks • Excellent communicationand negotiation skills • Skilled in problemsolving and decision-making PreferredSkills • Industry Knowledge: Familiar with currentindustry standards in contract management and construction
