Job Description • Manage full spectrum of Tender process. • Review contract documents. • Cost, change and claim management. • Initiate and draft official correspondences to stakeholders. • Participate and/or lead commercial negotiation. • Monitor and manager project budget, contract revenue and cash flow. • Manage and ensure contractual compliance and conformance. Requirements • Degree in Building, Quantity Surveying or equivalent. • Minimum 12 years of relevant experience is required with at least 4 years in similar positions. • Proficient in Standard Forms of Contract (PSSCOC/SIA/REDAS) • Knowledge in contract law, SOP Act and dispute resolution. • Background in Quantity Surveying. • Experience in project with contract value in excess of $100 million.
