RECEPTIONIST (CUM ADMIN COORDINATOR) Work hours: 9am to 6pm / Mon-Fri Location: Wheelock Place (Orchard MRT) Benefits: 14 Days Annual leave Company: Italian MNC dealing with Luxury Retail (RTW, leather goods, accessories) Employment: 1 years contract renewal Responsibilities • Attend to visitors and answer phone calls; maintenance of telephone system, monitor IDD expenses and source of service vendor to ensurecompetitiveness of cost; • Maintaining and updating the worldwide shoplist, telephone and fax numbers in frequent usage by staff; • Provide administrative support to the office, e.g. creation of PO,manage EVO system etc; • In charge of upkeep and maintenance of the office and its supplies. Ensure the office in line with group standard. • Provide administrative service to the company, select service vendors,monitor the cost and performance of the vendors, Manage service/maintenancecontract (e.g. pest control, aircon, etc.) • Manage office stationery and equipment servicing (e.g. photo copier,etc). • Provide periodic support for travel management. Update and share bookingresources, guidelines, updated policies & regulations, process &procedures. Arrange training for employees when needed. • Organise travel for assigned departments, ensure compliance of travelpolicy.
