About the Company Our client is a globally established engineering and infrastructure organisation involved in the delivery of large-scale energy, industrial and infrastructure projects across the region. The company specialises in complex engineering, procurement and construction projects within the LNG, oil & gas and heavy industrial sectors. Role Purpose The Contracts Manager will be responsible for managing and administering project contracts throughout the full project lifecycle, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, commercial requirements and project objectives. The role will work closely with multidisciplinary project teams to support successful project delivery and commercial control. Key Responsibilities • Manage and administer project contracts in accordance with contractual terms, specifications and project requirements • Establish and maintain contract baselines, including scope, commercial terms, technical requirements and project deliverables • Review and monitor contract performance, identifying contractual risks and mitigation strategies • Support contract-related correspondence, variation orders, claims and dispute resolution processes • Coordinate closely with engineering, procurement, construction, planning and commercial teams • Participate in monthly project and commercial meetings • Ensure compliance with contract insurance provisions and contractual obligations • Manage contract closeout requirements and documentation • Prepare and maintain accurate contract records, reports and project documentation • Lead and manage personnel within the project contracts function Key Requirements • Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in contract administration and management • At least 5 years of experience in a similar Contracts Manager position • Strong experience within LNG, oil & gas, EPC or major infrastructure projects • Strong understanding of contract terms, specifications, schedules, claims and change management • Experience handling variation orders, commercial negotiations and dispute resolution • Ability to work closely with multidisciplinary project teams in fast-paced project environments • Strong commercial, analytical and stakeholder management skills Key Competencies • Strong contract administration and commercial management capabilities • Excellent negotiation and communication skills • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills • Ability to manage complex contractual and commercial issues effectively • Leadership and team management experience *Please note that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.* Employment Agency: Kingsforce Management Services Pte.
