JOB RESPONSIBILITIES - Meets food quality and presentation standards. - Meets kitchen hygiene standards. Adheres to cleaning schedule and hygiene procedures. - Well versed and skilled in required work stations and is able to contribute effectively during busy periods. - Minimizes food wastage by preparing the appropriate amount of stock and observing proper storage procedures. - Handles equipment properly and professionally to minimize maintenance cost.
