Job Summary Manage kitchen food preparations by washing, slicing, cutting, and storing ingredients properly. Prepare and cook dishes following recipes. Maintain kitchen cleanliness, hygiene, and upkeep of cookware, cutlery, and kitchen equipment through regular cleaning and maintenance. Responsibilities • Wash, slice, cut, and store food items to ensure freshness and safety for cooking • Prepare and cook dishes accurately according to provided recipes to maintain food quality • Clean and maintain kitchen areas to uphold hygiene standards and a safe working environment • Wash and sanitize cookware, cutlery, service plates, and bowls to ensure cleanliness • Perform regular cleaning and upkeep of kitchen equipment to maintain operational efficiency
