We maintain close ties with Chinese Government authorities, enterprises, educational and healthcare institutions, and industry professionals. Our core work includes organising cross-border study visits, industry forums, high-level dialogues and sustainable bilateral collaboration programmes hosted in Singapore. Role Overview We are seeking a bilingual Corporate Affairs & Partnership Manager for a part-time / project-based flexible role. You will serve as a key liaison to plan and execute inbound delegation visits from China to Singapore, coordinate high-level meetings with Singapore government bodies and industry enterprises, and act as a critical bridge ensuring seamless communication and effective bilateral exchanges between Chinese and Singaporean stakeholders. Key Responsibilities - end-to-end coordinate customised visit itineraries for Chinese delegations, including government officials, business leaders, education and healthcare professionals. - Identify, outreach and maintain relationships with Singapore government agencies, industry associations and corporate partners; confirm meeting arrangements, agenda alignment and collaboration logistics. - Act as cross-cultural liaison to facilitate smooth communication, reconcile differences and avoid misalignment between Chinese and Singaporean parties. - Develop and nurture long-term professional networks across Singapore’s public and private sectors to support ongoing and future exchange projects. - Draft, edit and review bilingual official letters, meeting briefs, presentation materials and post-visit summary reports. - Represent SINBC at industry events, roundtables and stakeholder meetings with professional etiquette and cross-cultural awareness. Requirements Must-Have Bilingual Proficiency: Fully fluent in spoken and written English & Mandarin for high-level official and business communication. Communication & Coordination: Outstanding interpersonal, negotiation and senior-level liaison skills; strong attention to detail. Cultural Competence: Deep understanding of Singapore–China cultural norms, official protocol and business etiquette. Work Style: Self-motivated, able to work independently, manage multiple tasks under a flexible working model. Preferred Qualifications Solid working background in corporate affairs, government liaison, partnership development or international delegation coordination. Existing established network with Singapore government agencies, industry bodies or key corporate stakeholders. Previous work experience in Singapore public sector organisations, multinational corporations or cross-border exchange institutions is highly advantageous.
