Job Summary Join SINBC as a part-time lecturer to deliver high-impact training and share Singapore’s advanced practices with elite professional delegations from China. You will develop tailored course materials, deliver bilingual lectures, and collaborate with coordination teams to drive effective learning outcomes. Responsibilities • Develop or adapt course materials (PPT) tailored to the specific needs and objectives of each delegation to ensure relevance and engagement • Deliver lectures in English, Chinese(Preferred), or bilingually, applying theoretical knowledge and practical insights to enhance participant understanding • Share real-world Singaporean case studies to illustrate concepts and stimulate interactive Q&A sessions that deepen learning • Collaborate proactively with the coordination team to ensure seamless course delivery and maintain high teaching standards • Manage classroom dynamics and participant engagement to create an effective and inclusive learning environment Required competencies and certifications • Fluency in both English and Chinese (spoken) to effectively teach and respond to participant questions • Extensive practical or research experience in at least one professional field, preferably with 10+ years of relevant industry expertise Preferred competencies and qualifications • Strong presentation skills demonstrated through prior teaching, training, or public speaking engagements • Cultural insight into differences between China and Singapore, enabling tailored communication and enhanced participant rapport
