About this role
Core Requirements:• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Singapore corporate secretarial firm • Strong knowledge of Singapore Companies Act and ACRA system • Able to independently handle full spectrum of corporate secretarial matters (incorporation, annual returns, director/shareholder changes, share transfers, preparation of resolutions, etc.) • Able to independently manage full set of accounts • Familiar with GST filing and basic tax compliance • Proficient in Xero / MYOB / QuickBooks • Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple client portfolios Work Arrangement:• Remote / Work-from-home arrangement available • Open to part-time engagement
