Credit Officer

The role is a maker role, as a junior officer in MNC Bank Secured Loan Approval Unit who supports activities related to Mortgage Loan Disbursement such as Loan Booking, Loan Disbursement and Loan Repricing. This role carries out checking on internal caution lists, checking of documents, preparing instruction and data entry. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct screenings on customers or related parties • Data entry and creation of records into the bank’s system • Checking of documents for mortgage related applications • Liaise with Sales team and Law firm to ensure proper follow up on queries during the review of documentation  • Preparing, organizing and scanning documents into the bank’s system • Cisco warehousing • Will be expected to rotate and support various other administrative duties Qualifications & Skills • Experience in Loan, Mortgage, Credit, Documentation, Data Entry and Data analysis • Degree or Diploma The work location is at CBP.
