Key ResponsibilitiesMortgage Underwriting Support • Review incoming credit requests for completeness and accuracy • Prepare Credit Approvals (CAs) and support prescreening of mortgage applications • Track approval progress and ensure compliance with internal policies • Perform data entry for mortgage facilities • Maintain accurate insurance records and ensure timely renewals • Retrieve portfolio and credit information for audit purposes • Liaise with Sales teams on documentation queries • Handle property valuation-related emails and vendor instruction letters • Support data reconciliation and other administrative duties • Mortgage Loan Disbursement Support • Conduct customer and related-party screenings • Perform data entry and create records within banking systems • Review mortgage-related documents for completeness and accuracy • Coordinate with Sales teams and law firms on documentation follow-ups • Prepare, organize, and scan documents into internal systems • Support Cisco warehousing activities • Rotate across various operational and administrative support functions • Requirements • Prior experience in banking operations, mortgage processing, loan administration, or related functions is advantageous • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling • Good organizational and communication skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment • Team player with a proactive attitude • We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
