Role DescriptionThe Customer Service Executive will be responsible for promotingcord blood banking services, handling client enquiries, and maintaining strongclient relationships. The role involves engaging with customers, providingaccurate service information, and ensuring a positive client experiencethroughout their journey. You will also support lead follow-ups and client retention effortswhile working closely with the team to achieve service and business objectives.
