Key Responsibilities • • Manage front desk operations, including appointment scheduling and customer enquiries • Provide warm, professional service to walk-in and returning customers • Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints effectively • Coordinate with therapists to ensure smooth daily operations • Supervise and guide customer service staff (if applicable) • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of reception area • Promote services, packages, and membership plans to customers
