Job Summary Lead and support a team of limousine drivers to ensure punctuality, service quality, and operational efficiency while coordinating bookings and managing stakeholder relationships. Responsibilities • Manage and support a team of limousine drivers by addressing inquiries and providing timely assistance to ensure smooth operations • Communicate job postings accurately and promptly to drivers to maintain clear scheduling and assignments • Monitor driver punctuality and readiness for assigned jobs to uphold service reliability • Maintain operational efficiency by multitasking effectively during peak booking periods to meet demand • Collaborate with team members to coordinate and execute bookings seamlessly • Manage relationships with external stakeholders to support operational needs and service delivery Preferred competencies and qualifications • Strong communication skills to facilitate clear information exchange with drivers and stakeholders • Problem-solving skills to address operational challenges and improve service delivery • Detail-oriented approach to maintain high standards of service quality Other Information • 5-day work week including weekends • Shift options: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM, 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM* • Reimbursement for taking a Grab back home will only be for shift ending between 12am to 6am due to OT • Location: Tampines Yana Norzamry | Personnel Registration No: R26160959 | EA Licence No.91C2918
