Customer Service Officer (Call Centre) - Part-time/ Shifts/ Bedok

This role is responsible for providing top quality customer service, acting as a one-stop service across our entire product/service range. About the Role: • Professionally manage incoming and outgoing calls by providing accurate and consistent information • Ability to communicate clearly and manage customers' feedback • Organized and able to multi-task in fast paced environment • Maintain good service delivery • Perform administrative tasks assigned • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned  About You: • Minimum O / A levels and above. • Prior experience in Contact Centre environment • Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment Why join Cushman & Wakefield?
