Customer Service Officer (Frontline) – Up to 1-Year ContractJob DescriptionMy client is seeking a Customer Service Officer (Frontline) to provide professional and efficient frontline support to customers. You will be responsible for handling enquiries, assisting with service requests, and ensuring a smooth customer experience across various service touchpoints. Key Responsibilities• Attend to walk-in customers and provide frontline customer service support • Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and service requests in a professional and timely manner • Assist customers with applications, registrations, payments, and administrative processes • Guide customers on procedures, services, and available resources • Manage appointment scheduling and queue management (where applicable) • Perform data entry, document verification, and records maintenance • Liaise with internal departments to resolve customer issues and follow up on outstanding cases • Ensure accuracy, compliance, and adherence to service standards and SOPs • Support general administrative and operational duties as assigned Requirements• Prior experience in customer service, frontline, reception, call centre is an advantage • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Customer-oriented with a professional and positive attitude • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) • Able to work independently as well as in a team • Comfortable working in a fast-paced service environment Employment Details• Contract Duration: Up to 1-year contract (renewable subject to performance and business needs) • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, Office Hours • Work Location: Various locations across Singapore Why This RoleExposure to frontline customer service operations Opportunity to build strong administrative and communication skills Structured working environment with training and support We regret to inform that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
