Job Summary We are seeking a friendly, proactive, and customer-focused individual to join our team and provide excellent service to our clients. Responsibilities • Respond promptly to customer enquiries via phone, email, or in-person to provide accurate information and support • Manage appointment bookings, including scheduling, sending reminder calls, and SMS notifications to ensure client attendance • Operate front desk functions such as client registration, accurate data entry, and maintaining up-to-date records • Perform cashiering tasks including processing payments and handling transactions efficiently • Conduct stock-taking activities to maintain accurate inventory records • Promote company services and products to clients to support business growth • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the waiting area and product displays to create a welcoming environment • Complete opening and closing duties as assigned by management to ensure smooth daily operations • Assist with other administrative tasks as required to support clinic operations Required competencies and certifications • Minimum Diploma with relevant experience in customer service or a similar role • Bilingual proficiency to communicate effectively with diverse clients • Availability to work weekends and retail hours to meet operational needs Preferred competencies and qualifications • Demonstrated proactive approach with ability to multitask and take initiative in a fast-paced environment • Professional and customer-oriented attitude to enhance client experience Benefits • Supportive and collaborative work environment • Opportunities for career development and skill growth
