CyberSecurity Engineer

Role: CyberSecurity Engineer Government CAT 2 Security Clearance - Need to be cleared Key Responsibilities Cybersecurity Operations o Vulnerability validation, VAPT review, incident response support, IAM reviews. Security Engineering o Apply security controls across CI/CD, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms. Threat Detection & Response o Alert triage, investigations, threat hunting, refining detection rules. Product & Tooling o Build POCs, improve security tooling/automation, secure code and systems. Compliance & Documentation o Contribute to audit evidence and regulatory requirements. ________________________________________ Core Requirements: Foundational knowledge in: o Security architecture, threat modelling, IAM, zero trust. o SIEM, EDR, cloud security monitoring. Technical skills: Scripting (Python/Bash), CI/CD & Kubernetes security. Degree in IT/Computer Science or related field. Certifications (preferred): OSCP, CISSP.
