About this role
Responsibilities: • Execute daily campaign targeting and lead generation activities using SQL and Python. • Analyse structured and unstructured datasets to identify potential customer segments. • Collaborate with enterprise sales, inside sales, and technical teams to design targeted campaigns. • Upload and manage leads in CRM systems, refining targeting based on sales feedback. • Support development of automated and scalable campaign processes. • Participate in weekly stakeholder discussions to improve targeting strategies and expand customer base. • Deliver insights and recommendations to improve campaign performance and conversion rates. Required Skills: • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field. • 2+ years of experience in B2B marketing analytics/lead generation/data analytics. • Strong hands-on experience in: SQL, Python (data analysis and campaign targeting). • Understanding of structured and unstructured data environments. • Ability to work in a matrixed, cross-functional environment. • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
