About this role
Responsibilities: • Define and implement test strategies, frameworks, and governance across projects. • Lead and manage a team of testers, ensuring quality delivery within timelines. • Oversee manual and automation testing across the full SDLC. • Collaborate with product owners, developers, and business stakeholders in Agile squads. • Drive test planning, execution, defect management, and reporting. • Ensure integration of testing within CI/CD pipelines. • Monitor risks, dependencies, and quality metrics to ensure successful releases. • Manage stakeholder communication and provide regular status updates. Required Skills: • 10–14 years of experience in software testing / QA with 3–5 years in a Test Manager / Test Lead role. • Experience in Telecommunication / Broadband domain. • Strong expertise in: Manual Testing & Automation Testing, Test Strategy & Test Management. • Hands-on experience with automation tools such as: Selenium, Appium, UiPath. • Experience working with CI/CD pipelines (test integration and automation). • Strong understanding of Agile/SCRUM methodologies and squad-based delivery. • Experience with tools such as: JIRA, Confluence. • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
