Data Centre Project Manager - Relocation Project (6 months renewable Contract)

About the client: Our client is a Bank Responsibilities: • Manage the Project scope, timeline, and commissioning/cutover outcomes. • Manage cabling, LAN, Wi Fi AV/VC rooms, endpoints, identity/security readiness process. • Handle contractor management, FM/building management, RACI, SLAs, and escalation. • Responsible for Budgeting, Procurement, value engineering, change control, variance tracking. • Handle the governance process such security approvals, change tickets, document packs etc. Requirement: • Bachelor Degree in IT / Compute Science or relevant educational qualification. • 2–3 completed office fit outs (≥10,000 sq ft preferred): scope, budget, timeline, and commissioning/cutover outcomes. • Hands on coordination of cabling, LAN, Wi Fi (incl. heat maps), AV/VC rooms, endpoints, identity/security readiness. • Vendor/contractor management (cabling/AV/network integrators, corporate real estate, FM/building management, landlord) with RACI, SLAs, and escalation examples. • Budget & procurement: Quotations comparisons, value engineering, change control, variance tracking. • Governance: EA/security approvals, change tickets, document packs (designs, T&C scripts, as builts, handover/SOPs). • User change enablement: comms/training plans, hypercare metrics. • Attitude/service orientation: executive and end user references, examples of de escalation and sponsor management.
