About this role
Job Summary You will perform stock take & inventory checks for specific clients, accurately enter data & assist the Admin / Operations teams with related tasks to support smooth daily operations. Responsibilities • Conduct stock take & inventory checks for designated clients to ensure accurate stock records • Enter inventory & stock data precisely into systems to maintain up-to-date records • Perform specific data verification tasks on designated platforms following training • Support the Admin & Operations teams with related administrative & operational duties as needed • Use basic Excel skills to manage & organize data efficiently • Understanding of Online Dashboards - is an advantage. Other Information Working Hours: • Monday to Friday, 10am to 3pm (or some level of flexible time changes), designed for part-time work flexibility suitable for housewives & students. • Hourly Rates: $10~$12/hour (2 weeks training at $8/hour - during training period)
