About this role
• Responsible for the reception of all visitors, patients and callers to the Clinic and create a professional and welcoming image for the clinic • Responsible for updating patients’ information and sending reminders for dental treatment • Responsible for gathering patients’ feedback forms and handling patient feedback • Clean and sterilize instruments, and prepare treatment rooms as needed • Ensure the appropriate supply of equipment and materials • Perform patient charting as instructed by the dentist • Welcome patients and get them situated in the appropriate treatment room • At least 2 years experiences • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Customer oriented • Positive attitude
