About this role
Work Arrangement • Days: Monday - Friday • Time (Regular day): 12.30pm-4.30pm / 1.30pm-6.45pm • Time (MOE holidays): 7am - 7pm (shifts available) • Location: Thomson Plaza / Bukit Timah Plaza • Commitment: Minimum 4 days a week, minimum of 6 months Job Description • Supervise students with their daily routines, including meal time, homework supervision, academic learning and recreational activities • Provide care, guidance and support to primary school children outside of their school hours • Assist the main teacher with classroom management • Assist in organising and delivery of holistic programmes (both indoor and outdoor) • Create a safe, nurturing and positive learning environment for students • Accompany children home on the school bus after school • Other adhoc duties as required Job Requirements • Min. Diploma in any discipline • Able to coach primary school subjects adequately • Strong communication skills • Genuine interest towards guiding and nurturing children • Undergraduates are welcome to apply • Prior experience in student care and/or enrichment setting would be an advantage
