Job Summary Support dentists by assisting during exams and procedures, maintaining instrument sterilization, performing simple lab tasks, managing appointments and patient records, and providing administrative help to ensure smooth clinic operations. Responsibilities • Assist dentists during exams, procedures, and surgeries to ensure patient safety and efficient workflow • Sterilize dental instruments and maintain a clean, safe work environment to prevent infection • Perform simple laboratory tasks such as impression pouring and retainer fabrication to support dental treatments • Schedule patient appointments accurately to optimize clinic scheduling and patient flow • Manage patient records to maintain up-to-date and organized documentation • Provide administrative support to assist clinic operations and enhance patient experience Preferred competencies and qualifications • Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin to facilitate effective communication with diverse patients • Experience in dental assisting to contribute practical knowledge and skills • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with patients and team members • Ability to work collaboratively within a team to support clinic goals
