Deputy / Assistant Manager, Contracts (Procurement - Transport Systems / Electrical & Mechanical Services)

Salary: $4,250 – $6,800 per month Employment Type: Full-Time Location: Singapore Job DescriptionYou will support the procurement and administration of contracts for land transport infrastructure projects. This includes ensuring compliance with established procedures, managing contract processes, and providing contractual support to project teams across engineering disciplines. Key Responsibilities• Prepare cost estimates for projects, feasibility studies, and new initiatives • Draft tender documents and manage the tendering process • Evaluate tenders in accordance with procurement guidelines • Administer contracts, including processing payments, variation orders, and claims assessment • Provide contractual advice and support to project teams • Ensure compliance with contract governance, policies, and procedures • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on contract-related matters Requirements• Degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Information Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related field • At least 2 years of relevant experience in contract administration or project management within engineering or construction environments preferred • Familiarity with conditions of contract for IT, engineering, or construction projects is advantageous • Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills • Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment • Proficient in written communication and stakeholder coordination • Candidates without prior experience may be considered for junior positions To Apply:Email me with your resume at go.aiwei@cornerstoneglobalpartners.com ORcontact Ai Wei at 90033765 withyour resume and following information: • Full Name • Singaporean?
