We need a self-motivated and innovative individual, who possesses steep learning curve, effective bilingual (Mandarin Chinese and English) communication skills, and is able to work independently from distance. Key Responsibilities 1. Content Creation: Assist in the creation of various types of content, including blog posts, social media updates, infographics, and short videos, ensuring a consistent brand voice and style, based on the business activities of the company. 2. Collaboration: Work closely with the innovation management team to execute content ideas and support the overall social media strategy. Output in the form of meaningful digital content and contribute to improving PatEx branding awareness. 3. Engagement Monitoring: Help monitor engagement and feedback on our social media posts. Requirements · Minimally diploma in business administration, Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field. · Fresh graduates are welcome. · Basic graphic design or video editing skills (e.g., using Canva, Adobe Spark, or similar tools). · Fast learner and able to appreciate and analyse a broad range of topics beyond one’s field of education and experience, and with curiosity in emerging fields and technology trends. · Experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress), social media scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite) and knowledge of SEO principles would be advantageous. · Highly adaptive attitude and strong level of self-motivation with entrepreneurial spirit. · Computer literacy in presentation and business analysis tools. · Bilingual in English and Mandarin.
