Digital Experience Executive - UI/UX & Web

Shape engaging digital experiences through design, content, and website optimization. This role supports UI/UX design, website management, and digital improvements to enhance user experience and online engagement. Job Description • Support UI/UX design and optimization for digital platforms and services. • Manage website updates, content, and overall site performance. • Monitor website usability and recommend improvements to enhance user experience. • Support digital projects and initiatives with web and digital expertise. • Ensure website content aligns with branding and communication goals. • Track website performance and support SEO and analytics reporting. • Troubleshoot website-related issues and coordinate necessary updates. Requirements: • Singaporean Only. • Minimum Diploma/Degree in any field or its equivalent. • Understanding of user experience and digital customer journeys. • Familiar with CMS management and website maintenance. • Knowledge of SEO, web analytics, and digital content strategies.
