We are seeking a motivated and detail-orientedDigital Marketing Intern to support our growing team. This is a paid,full-time internship (3–6 months) offering hands-on exposure across digitalmarketing, content, and campaign execution. Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Management• Support the planning, scheduling, and publishing of content across key platforms (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok). • Monitor community engagement and assist with responses to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely manner. • Conduct research on social trends, emerging formats, and competitor activities to inform content development. Content Development & Creative Support• Assist in drafting engaging and platform-appropriate copy for social media, websites, and other digital channels. • Support the development of visual content using design tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe Creative Suite). • Contribute to basic video editing for short-form content (e.g. Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts). Digital Campaigns (Paid Media & SEO)• Support the setup and execution of paid media campaigns across social and search platforms. • Assist in keyword research and on-page optimisation to improve content visibility and performance. • Monitor campaign performance and contribute insights for optimisation. Analytics & Reporting• Track and analyse key performance metrics (e.g. engagement, reach, conversions, website traffic) using relevant tools (e.g. Google Analytics, platform insights). • Assist in preparing performance reports and deriving actionable insights. Email Marketing & CRM Support• Support the development and deployment of EDM campaigns, including drafting content and formatting. • Assist in audience segmentation and performance tracking. Operations & Administrative Support• Provide coordination support for meetings, presentations, and marketing deliverables. • Assist with influencer outreach, partnership coordination, and campaign activations where required. • Maintain internal documentation, trackers, and marketing databases. • Conduct market and competitor research to support strategic planning. What We’re Looking For• Strong interest in digital marketing, content, and social media • Good written and verbal communication skills • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks • Familiarity with digital tools (e.g. Canva, Google Analytics, Meta platforms) is a plus • A collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment If you’re passionate about digital storytelling and keen to gain hands-on experience in an integrated agency environment, we’d love to hear from you.
