Attachment Description To plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing strategies that grow brand awareness, drive lead generation, enhance customer engagement, and support business revenue goals. Specific Responsibilities 1. Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives. 2. Conduct market research, customer segmentation, and competitor analysis to identify digital opportunities. 3. Lead end-to-end digital campaign execution (planning, budgeting, execution, tracking, optimization). 4. Work closely with content creators, designers, and copywriters to develop compelling digital assets. 5. Ensure all digital content aligns with brand voice and audience preferences. 7. Drive data-informed decisions to improve campaign results. 8 .Partner with developers/designers to optimize website performance and user experience. 9. Identify opportunities to improve lead generation and conversion paths. 10. Manage email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign). 11. Develop customer journeys and automated campaigns (lead nurturing, drip campaigns). 12. Sync marketing activities with CRM for accurate lead tracking and sales alignment. Technical Skills and Competencies 1. Strategic thinking and analytical mindset / Strong understanding of digital channels and tools 2. Data-driven with excellent reporting skills / Knowledge of digital marketing, analytics and automation 3.
