Digital Operations & Analytics Executive

Be part of a digital team driving content operations and performance insights. This role supports website operations, digital reporting, analytics, and quality assurance to ensure smooth and effective digital experiences. Job Description• Manage daily website updates, content uploads, and digital records • Process content update requests from stakeholders and coordinate approvals • Conduct quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency of published content • Monitor website content and maintain updated information across platforms • Extract and compile performance data for weekly reports and analysis • Support trend analysis and identify insights from digital performance data • Work with marketing teams on campaign reporting and funnel analysis • Support troubleshooting and resolution of content or data issues Requirements• Singaporean Only • Degree in any discipline • Basic understanding of data analytics and digital reporting • Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, and CSV file handling • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities • Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills • Familiar with CMS platforms, web analytics, or digital marketing tools preferred By submitting your resume, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information per ScienTec’s Privacy Policy (scientecconsulting.com/privacy-policy).
