Digital Operations & Analytics Officer [Govt]

• Location: City Hall • Work Timing: 8.30am – 6.00pm (Mon - Thu) & 8.30am - 5.30pm (Fri) • Salary: Up to $4,500 per month • Duration: 3 months (subject to extend for another 9 months) Key Responsibilities: • Execute daily website content uploads, updates, and maintenance, including event listings, metadata management, and digital record processing. • Process content update requests from internal teams and external stakeholders in a timely and efficient manner. • Coordinate event approval workflows, ensuring compliance with established criteria and standards. • Conduct comprehensive quality assurance checks on all files and content prior to publication. • Monitor published content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and currency of information. • Extract and compile key performance metrics for weekly performance reports, ensuring accurate and timely delivery to stakeholders. • Support trend analysis to identify patterns and insights from performance datasets. • Collaborate with marketing teams to prepare reports on campaign performance and funnel analysis. Job Requirements:  • Minimum a degree in Data Analytics, Digital Marketing or any other related field • At least 3 years of experience • Knowledge of data analytics capabilities with demonstrated ability to interpret charts, extract insights from numerical data, and identify performance trends.
