About this role
Key Responsibilities: • Lead end-to-end digital product lifecycle management across ideation, development, deployment, and continuous improvement for enterprise-scale digital products. • Define product vision, roadmap, and execution strategy for AI-enabled digital platforms, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs. • Drive development and enhancement of AI bot systems, automation workflows, and intelligent product features across digital ecosystems. • Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to translate product requirements into scalable technical solutions. • Own product performance tracking through KPIs, user analytics, behavioral data, and experimentation frameworks (e.g., A/B testing, feature validation). • Conduct structured user research, market analysis, and competitor benchmarking to guide product prioritization and roadmap decisions. • Manage integration of digital systems, including APIs, backend services, databases, and external platform dependencies. • Oversee product optimization initiatives to improve engagement, retention, and operational efficiency across digital platforms. • Support pricing strategy, product positioning, and go-to-market alignment for digital and platform-based products. • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery, quality execution, and continuous product iteration in agile environments. Requirements: • Minimum 8 years of experience in digital product management, product operations, or AI-driven product environments. • Proven experience managing AI-based systems (e.g., bots, automation platforms, or intelligent workflows). • Strong background in end-to-end product lifecycle management within digital or enterprise technology environments. • Experience working with engineering teams on system integration, backend services, and platform development. • Strong understanding of product analytics, user behavior tracking, KPI design, and data-driven decision making. • Experience in digital marketing, online campaign management, or growth-driven product initiatives is a plus. • Familiarity with agile development practices, sprint planning, and cross-functional product delivery. • Ability to translate business requirements into structured product specifications and technical workflows. • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and execution skills in fast-paced environments.
