Digital Product Manager, Consumer Banking (12 Month Contract, East) UID: 2269

Key Responsibilities • Oversee the development of new digital products and features from inception to launch within the banking product domain, including cards, lending, and deposits • Identify opportunities across target customer segments and key customer journeys such as onboarding, servicing, fraud management, and rewards • Develop product briefs and economic models for proposed products and features • Drive world-class customer experience through customer research and usability testing • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across regional and country teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery • Communicate effectively throughout the product development lifecycle, including challenging ideas, debating solutions, and adapting strategies where required • Share and seek insights across teams to support innovation and continuous improvement • Act as a thought leader for assigned products and features, with the ability to articulate product vision and strategy clearly • Research and benchmark against global industry trends and best practices to inspire innovation • Manage delivery across teams, functions, and locations to ensure successful execution of initiatives • Monitor, track, and report project progress to ensure timely delivery of product roadmaps Requirements • Experience in digital product management within banking or financial services • Strong understanding of banking products such as cards, lending, and deposits • Experience managing customer journeys and digital experiences • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills • Analytical mindset with experience building business cases and product strategies • Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
