-NEW- 12 Months Product Management Executive (Funds/ Asset Management)

Job Responsibilities: ·      Support the end-to-end preparation, review, update, and maintenance of fund documentation, including prospectuses, product highlight sheets, information memorandums, private offering memorandums, and trust deeds, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with regulatory requirements. ·      Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders (Legal, Compliance, Operations, Investment teams) and external service providers to facilitate timely updates, approvals, and regulatory filings of fund documents. ·      Manage the lodgement and re-lodgement process with regulators and relevant parties, including the preparation of addendums, supplements, and supporting documentation as required. ·      Maintain proper version control, document repositories, and tracking logs to ensure audit readiness and accurate record-keeping of all fund-related documentation. ·      Provide administrative and coordination support for CPFIS-related matters, including data collation, reporting, and preparation of materials for submissions and review meetings with relevant authorities. ·      Support ongoing product administration activities, including tracking of approvals, renewals, and periodic regulatory reporting requirements. ·      Assist in product lifecycle management, including fund launches, updates, operational changes, and rationalisation initiatives under the guidance of senior stakeholders. ·      Provide general administrative, coordination, and project support to the Product Management team, ensuring smooth execution of day-to-day activities and strategic initiatives. ·      Adhoc tasks as assigned Job Requirements ·       Minimum Degree in a related discipline ·       Minimum 2 years of relevant experience   ·       Experience with funds operations would be an added advantage ·       Able to start immediately or within short notice Interested candidates, kindly email your detailed resumes in MS word format to joseph.koh@ambition.com.sg Attention to Joseph Koh Wei Jie(R1873431) Shortlisted candidates will be notified www.ambition.com.sg EA Registration Number: R1873431 Data provided is for recruitment purposes only Business Registration Number:200611680D.
