Join a dynamic team where you'll play a key role in supporting digital transformation initiatives, enhancing workflows, and delivering impactful technology solutions.Digital Transformation Business Analyst / IT Systems Analyst #HDC Key Responsibilities • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements, operational challenges, and process improvement opportunities. • Analyse, document, and translate business needs into clear workflows, functional specifications, user stories, and process documentation. • Support the implementation and configuration of digital systems and platforms to improve operational efficiency. • Facilitate discussions between business users and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery. • Assist in Proof of Concept (POC) initiatives, system enhancements, and process automation projects. • Develop, maintain, and generate reports to support business insights and decision-making. • Coordinate testing activities, including user acceptance testing, issue tracking, and validation of system enhancements. • Support user onboarding, system access management, and governance processes. • Contribute to change management efforts by preparing user guides, training materials, and process documentation. Requirements • Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline. • Experience in business analysis, digital transformation, IT project support, systems implementation, or process improvement initiatives. • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills. • Ability to gather requirements, document processes, and coordinate across multiple teams. • Familiarity with CRM systems, workflow management platforms, reporting tools, or enterprise applications will be advantageous. • Experience supporting testing activities such as SIT, UAT, or system implementation projects is preferred. • Detail-oriented, analytical, and capable of managing multiple priorities effectively.
