Job Title Digital Transformation & Data Analytics Manager Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Transformation & Data Analytics Manager to lead the development and implementation of digital solutions across our F&B businesses. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving digital transformation initiatives, developing business intelligence capabilities, optimizing customer engagement strategies, and supporting data-driven decision-making across the organization. Key Responsibilities • Lead the development and implementation of digital systems, including customer membership platforms, loyalty programs, CRM systems, online ordering solutions, and operational dashboards. • Design, develop, and maintain internal software solutions to improve operational efficiency and business performance. • Analyze customer purchasing behavior, sales trends, and business performance data to provide actionable insights for management. • Develop business intelligence reports, data dashboards, and forecasting models to support strategic decision-making. • Collaborate with operations, marketing, and management teams to identify opportunities for process automation and digital enhancement. • Evaluate, implement, and manage AI-powered tools and analytics solutions to improve customer experience and operational effectiveness. • Establish and maintain data governance, data security, and data quality standards across the organization. • Manage system integrations involving payment platforms, membership systems, CRM solutions, and third-party business applications. • Support long-term digital transformation projects across multiple affiliated F&B businesses under the company's management. Requirements • Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Digital Technology, Software Engineering, or related disciplines. • Proven experience in software development, data analytics, business intelligence, digital transformation, or related technology functions. • Strong knowledge of databases, APIs, cloud platforms, data management, and business analytics tools. • Experience in AI, machine learning, automation, customer analytics, or business intelligence solutions is highly preferred. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills. • Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Experience in banking, fintech, retail, e-commerce, or F&B digital transformation projects will be an advantage.
