About the Role The Talent People Pte. Ltd. is recruiting a Discipline Support Officer to be deployed at CHIJ Our Lady of the Nativity. Working closely with the school's Student Management Committee, you will support discipline operations, student supervision, and restorative follow-up activities within a primary school environment. This role is suited for a calm, professional individual with sound judgement, strong interpersonal skills, and experience supporting student conduct and behavioural management. Contract Details • Contract Period: 14 July 2026 – 20 November 2026 • Extension Option: Up to 26 November 2027, subject to school requirements Working Hours Monday to Friday: 9:00am – 3:30pm6 hours per day, excluding a 30-minute lunch breakNo work required on Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, or school holidays Key Responsibilities Investigation & Case Support • Assist in preliminary investigations and fact-finding interviews involving students, staff, and witnesses • Review CCTV footage to establish facts relating to discipline incidents • Obtain student and witness statements, compile supporting evidence, and prepare structured incident reports for school leadership • Support the communication of outcomes and follow-up actions as directed by the school's Key Personnel Detention, Suspension & Restorative Follow-Up • Conduct restorative conversations and reflection sessions with students involved in discipline-related cases • Coordinate with Form Teachers to ensure students attend detention sessions or event suspensions as required • Supervise detention sessions, recess suspensions, and event suspensions, while maintaining accurate attendance and behavioural records • Follow up with students who fail to attend scheduled detention or suspension sessions Student Management & Supervision • Conduct recess supervision duties and after-school patrols around designated school areas • Support the maintenance of student safety, welfare, and orderly conduct during supervised periods • Assist with student management administration and related duties as assigned by the school Requirements • Minimum GCE O-Level qualification or equivalent • Experience investigating, supporting, or following up on discipline, conduct, behavioural, or student management cases • Experience conducting restorative conversations, mentoring, counselling support, or reflection sessions is advantageous • Strong written documentation skills, including the preparation of accurate reports and records • Professional, calm, and objective approach when dealing with students and sensitive situations • Good communication and interpersonal skills • Candidates with qualifications or certifications in counselling, social work, restorative practices, youth work, behavioural management, or related disciplines are encouraged to apply • Must be legally authorised to work in Singapore at the point of application By submitting your personal data and/or resume, you are deemed to have agreed and consented to The Talent People Pte.
