What the role is Levy and Incentives Management Division (LIMD) is part of SSG’sIncentives Management and Enforcement Group (IMEG) which contributes topan-organisational efforts of building an effective, responsive and inclusiveCET eco-system through effective grant management, Skills Development Levy(SDL) collection, and enforcement against fraud and abuse. LIMD driveseffective SDL collection and grant management to contribute towards thedevelopment of a responsive and high-quality CET ecosystem. What you will beworking on Reporting to the team lead, the temp manager is required to support theteam in the administration and day-to-day operations of the SkillsFutureLevel-Up Training Allowance and Workfare Skills Support Level Up Training AllowanceProgrammes. Responsibilities: 1. Handling of appeals from members of the public requiring investigation and coordination with stakeholders. 2. Perform quality checks on outsourced service partnerincluding sampling checks to ensure service provider adheres to SOPs and complies with processing and policy requirements. 3. Assist officer to implement enhancements to theTraining Allowance System (TAS). 4. Assist in the review of Standard OperatingProcedures (SOPs) and issue work instructions. 5. Support stakeholder engagement activities withtraining providers and other partners. 6. Assist with data extraction, collation, and basicanalysis to support reporting and operational needs. 7. Ad hoc duties as assigned. What we are lookingfor • Up to 5 years of relevant work experience in grants, operations or system development. • Good analytical and problem-solving skills. • Proficiency in systems and design thinking methodologies. • Ability to work independently, within a team, and across teams. • Good interpersonal relationship skills and adaptability to a fast-paced work environment. • Good verbal and written communication skills, including stakeholder management and presentation skills. • Proficient in word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation applications. • Knowledge of SkillsFuture Grants and Continuous Education Training (CET) and industry experience are an advantage. Successful candidates will be offered a1-year temporary contract.
