About this role
Working Hours - Monday to Saturday, 8am to 1pm. Position summary statement: Responsible for cleaning and storage of all cutleries (chinaware, glassware and silverware), utensils and other kitchen equipments, as well sanitation of foods preparatory areas. Primary Responsibilities: a) To clean the kitchen areas. b) To wash cutleries and ensure sufficient supplies for daily usage. c) To clean kitchen equipment periodically as scheduled. d) To handle storage of cutleries carefully and systematically to avoid breakages. e) To remove garbage to the designated garbage disposal area. f) To report to the Supervisor any potential hazard and/or breakages. g) To comply with all safety and hygiene standards. h) To undertake any other related task/duty/assignment that may be given by the supervisor. i) To undertake any other related task/duty/assignment that may be given by Chief Steward.
