Distribution Surveillance Officer - Contract till Dec26 - Up to S$4.5k

Job Description: • Assist Lead, Distribution Audits and Surveillance to conduct periodic reviews and enhancements of the RCR plan and SOP to ensure robustness of the framework and efficiency in administration of the RCRs. • Examine records, reports, or other documents (such as agency meetings, coaching, joint-field work, etc) prepared by sales agency units. • Conduct interviews with the sales representatives and their supervisors to validate and clarify the observations made from the documentation reviews. • Analyse the information gathered from each RCR and prepare a report for each agency unit to summarize the key findings and recommendations. • Engage sales agency supervisors to communicate the finalised RCR findings and recommendations. • Ensure post RCR audits, where necessary, are conducted timely. • Prepare reports on the findings, trends and potential gaps noted from the RCRs to the different Governance Committee(s) in the form of regular MI reporting.
